Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! Custom orders are always welcome.

Whether it's for custom jewelry design, crystal curation, or digital art design -- Ashley is more than happy to work with you on what it is you desire to create.

Please reach out to her via the CONTACT page here on the website, and be as thorough as possible in your message to better assist in the communication process. Allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply.

Do you have a physical business location?

At this current time, Ash Mag Designs operates as a home studio that does NOT have a store front for shopping.

Any and all current design offerings are housed right here on the website within the SHOP.

If I'm a local, can I skip shipping costs and meet you to pick up my order?

Unfortunately, this just is not a feasible delivery option at this time.

With the COVID-19 pandemic still well underway and the complications of meeting, travel, and miscellaneous factors -- any and all orders will be shipped to you at the address you place during checkout here on the website.

Do you offer wholesale items?

At this current time, wholesale items are not available.

My tracking number hasn't updated in days. What now?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

At the time of your order being dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to update. USPS is a proficient and safe shipping medium, but their tracking system sometimes takes just a bit to update. Please be patient. Your understanding is appreciated.

Please note: sticker orders ONLY are not provided with a tracking number, as your stickers will be shipped to you via good ole' snail mail with a stamped sturdy mailer.

Do you offer sales or discounts?

Sales and discounts happen very rarely nowadays.

The best way to stay connected and up-to-date on such sale announcments and discount opportunities is to subscribe to the email newsletter/mailing list.
