Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders for jewelry, crystal curation, and/or digital art creations are currently OPEN.
If you're interested in securing a spot for a custom design, please reach out to me via the contact form here on my website. Be as thorough as possible in your message so that I'm better able to assist you with what it is you're seeking.
Do you have a physical business location?
I do not have a brick-and-mortar shop location for you to visit.
Any and all items that I create and offer for purchase are available right here on my website.
If I'm a local, can I skip shipping costs and meet you to pick up my order?
As much as I would love to meet you face-to-face, it just isn't feasible. Especially given the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Any and all items will be shipped to your mailing address that you provide at the time of checkout via USPS.

Do you offer wholesale items?
At this current time, wholesale items are not available.
My tracking number hasn't updated in days. What now?
PLEASE NOTE: Sticker orders alone do not have a tracking number provided, unless you upgraded your shipping method at the time of ordering. Sticker orders are shipped without tracking by default.
USPS' shipping and tracking system can be a bit wonky at times. They do their best to make the tracking system as proficient and up-to-date as it can be, but sometimes it just doesn't work in the ways that we want or expect for it to.
Please be patient.
Your order is on its way, in the safe hands of the United States Postal Service, and your tracking number will eventually work and update itself.
This is the most common question I'm asked, and my answer is always the same: Please give your tracking information 24 to 72 hours to completely update.
